Ryan Surroz

Chief Commercial Officer

Bison

Ryan Surroz is the Chief Commercial Officer for Bison, responsible for strategy development and commercial negotiations across the water midstream business.  In this role, Ryan has secured multiple long-term commitments with major operators across the SCOOP/STACK, helping to establish Bison as Oklahoma's largest water infrastructure, logistics and solutions provider.  Leading up to a Bison acquisition, Ryan served as President of S&S Water Solutions. Prior to S&S, Ryan served as strategic advisor to a PE fund, developing a $100MM portfolio of wastewater companies across major oil & gas plays.  Prior to his PE experience, Ryan served as VP of NGL Energy Partners, where he led SWD and water recycling services focused in the Rockies region; Ryan expanded saltwater disposal capacity from 65,000 bpd to 150,000 bpd through 5 new SWD facilities and $80MM in major capital projects. Ryan has 15+ years of energy and logistics experience, spanning strategy consulting, strategic planning, M&A, operations, business development and technology.
